nWe're looking for an Accountant who can work hands-on across multiple client companies and help us build a new kind of accounting experience.
nThe Role
nAs an Accountant at Lighthaus, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities for multiple companies.
nThis is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with client data, accounting systems and our internal team to ensure books are accurate, reconciled and up to date.
nWhat You'll Do

Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting for multiple companiesn
Pass and verify journal entries and maintain accurate books of accountsn
Perform bank,



payment gateway, marketplace and other account reconciliationsn
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivablen
Work on Tally and Zoho Books for accounting and bookkeepingn
Review invoices, expenses, settlements and transaction datan
Assist with GST, TDS and other accounting/compliance-related activitiesn
Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting mismatchesn
Coordinate with clients and internal team members to collect missing informationn
Maintain proper documentation and accounting recordsn
Work with D2C/e-commerce transaction data such as marketplace settlements, returns, fees and inventory-related transactionsn
Support month-end closing and preparation of financial reportsn
Work across multiple businesses and accounting environmentsn
