nWe are looking for a Student Success Manager to become a trusted point of contact for our enrolled students and their families.
nThe Role
nThe Student Success Manager will ensure that every student feels heard, supported, informed, and confident throughout their KGC journey.
nYou will conduct regular meetings with students and parents to understand their progress, satisfaction, concerns, changing goals, and expectations, and coordinate internally to ensure the right action is taken.

- Conduct regular student and parent meetings.n
- Build robust,



trusting relationships with students and families.n
- Understand student goals, concerns, challenges, and changing priorities.n
- Ensure students and parents feel comfortable raising issues or concerns.n

nProgress & Satisfaction

- n
- Track student progress against their academic and profile-building plans.n
- Identify students who are falling behind, disengaged, or need additional support.n
- Regularly assess student and parent satisfaction.n
- Proactively identify concerns before they become larger problems.n
- Collect and communicate actionable feedback to the internal team.n

nIssue Resolution

- Act as the first point of contact for student and parent concerns.n
- Listen objectively and empathetically and take ownership of issues.n
- Coordinate with counsellors, editors, mentors, and other KGC teams to resolve concerns.n
- Follow up to ensure issues have actually been resolved.n
