nSS Tech Services is looking for an experienced B2C Sales Manager – US Process to lead and manage our international sales team at our Noida office.
NThe ideal candidate should have a robust background in International B2C Sales / US Process, with proven experience in team management, revenue generation, target achievement, sales strategy, objection handling, negotiation, and deal closure.
NThe role involves managing a team of 25+ sales professionals, driving revenue growth, improving conversion rates, and ensuring consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
NKey Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 25+ B2C sales professionals N
Drive US B2C sales and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets N
Monitor key sales metrics including conversion rate, productivity, revenue, average sales value, and target achievement N
Develop and execute strategies to improve sales performance and conversions N
Conduct regular call reviews,



sales meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews N
Train and coach team members on sales pitching, objection handling, negotiation, upselling, cross-selling, and deal closure N
Identify performance gaps and implement appropriate improvement plans N
Support the team with escalations and high-value deal closures N
Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics N
Ensure high-quality customer interactions and adherence to process standards N
Coordinate with internal teams to achieve overall business objectives N

nMust-Have Qualifications

5+ years of experience in International B2C Sales N
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales Team Management N
Proven experience managing a team of 20–25+ sales professionals N
Solid experience in USProcess / International BPO / Voice Sales N
Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets
