nWe are seeking an experienced Group School Manager to oversee administration, operations and coordination across the Ananya Group of Schools, ensuring smooth and consistent functioning across all campuses.
NKey Responsibilities
nManage day-to-day operations across all schools and coordinate with Principals and administrative teams.
NEnsure timely implementation of Management decisions, initiatives and SOPs.
NMonitor school operations, discipline, infrastructure, manpower and administrative requirements.
NCoordinate with HR on recruitment, onboarding, attendance and staffing needs.
NOversee facilities, procurement, transport, security, housekeeping, vendors and contractors.




NTrack key deadlines, action points, events, admissions and inspections.
NIdentify operational gapsand ensure timely corrective action.
NPrepare regular reports and updates for Management.
NSupport new initiatives, projects and future school developments.
