NProject Overview:
NTo improve access to preventive healthcare, mass population screening, and primary care for ~21K people (out of total ~38K population) from ~7.6K households across 7 villages of 2 contiguous GPs in Kalchini block of Alipurduar. This includes screening and management of hypertension and diabetes (men and women aged 30 years and above), antenatal and postnatal care, and home-based newborn care and children below five years of age.
NRole Summary:
NThe Project Manager will be based in Kalchini and hold overall responsibility for the day-to-day execution of the Integrated Community Health Program, operating under the strategic guidance and oversight of the Director. This role is the single point of accountability for translatin
