- Fundamental knowledge of education sector in India, particularly higher education. N
- Managed relationship with key customers in India and has a consultative approach towards sales N
- Excellent written & verbal communication, executive presentations and time management skills N
- Demonstrated ability tothink strategically about business and growth N
- Outstanding customer relationship management experience and negotiation skills N
- Versatile for extensive domestic travel in India, as needed. N

- Evangelizing TCS iON's learning products, platforms & services N
- Develop an in-depth understanding of all TCS iON products, platforms and services for higher education industry N
- Build relationship and establish trust among key stakeholders of identified academic institutions by advocating what's best for their students and colleges N
- Create and Review Targeted GTM Universe – End to End Sales pipeline management from Suspect to Closure N
- Consult decision makersof academic institutions - Understand needs and convince management effectively by articulating product value propositions N
- Provide and review revenue projections provided by EEs in Zone - achieve and strive to exceed quarterly targets set by TCS management. N
