Position: Asst Manager/ Dy Manager- SCM( Operation Technology)

Reporting To: SCM -Head

Criteria: B.E/B.Tech with 5+ Years in experience in Supply Planning with Digitalization Exposure

Technical Experience:ERP (Oracle), Data Analytics, Power BI, MES/WMS/TMS/QMT/Demand Forecasting tool.

Job Purpose:
This role primarily drives- Planning, MIS and Operations Technology, IT enablement, leading digitalisation of SCM through effective use of the Quote Management Tool (QMT), ensuring BOM accuracy, and advancing automation across manufacturing, warehouse, transport, and SCM systems. The position is critical for enhancing process efficiency, enabling IT-driven operations, and building scalability to support Company’s growing business needs.
This role primarily drives IT enablement,



leading digitalisation of SCM through effective use of the Quote Management Tool (QMT), ensuring BOM accuracy, and advancing automation across manufacturing, warehouse, transport, and SCM systems.
KRAs are aligned to IT enablement & IT Automation in place of preparing MTP/AOP.

Key Responsibilities:
Budgeting
Prepare MTP, AOP for digitalizaiton of back end operations
Prepare digitalization road map for the business in the MTP period
Prepare BOM typology wise for budgeting purpose

Quote Management
Develop Quote Management tool to support current product development plan as per MTP
Ensure BOM accuracy of the developed products
Ensure timely implementation of ECNs in the QMT to capture updated BOM
MES
Ensure development of Mfg module in QMT to enable MES
Implement production planning module for batch optimization, capacity planning from QMT
Implement MES to avoid manual intervention in operations
Integration of current profiles with machining details
