Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Sales Manager – Real Estate based in Noida. The Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales operations, including managing a team of real estate advisors, setting and monitoring sales targets, and ensuring high-quality client service.



Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, conducting property presentations and site visits, and coordinating with developers and internal stakeholders. The role involves tracking market trends, preparing sales reports, and optimizing lead conversion through effective follow-up and negotiation. The Sales Manager will also play a key role in mentoring team members, maintaining compliance with company policies, and representing MoneyTree Realty’s values of transparency and trust.
