BUSINESS HEAD – COWORKING & FLEXIBLE WORKSPACE

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and entrepreneurial Business Head – Coworking & Flexible Workspace to build, launch and lead a new premium coworking and flexible workspace business in Mumbai.

This is a founding leadership position. The premises, furniture and basic infrastructure are already in place. The selected candidate will be responsible for building the complete business ecosystem around the physical space and taking the venture from pre-launch stage to a successful, professionally managed and profitable operation.

The ideal candidate should have experience in coworking, flexible workspaces, serviced offices, commercial real estate, hospitality, business centres or related industries, with robust capabilities in business development, sales, operations, team building and P&L; management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Launch

* Develop the business model,



positioning and go-to-market strategy.

* Conduct market and competitor analysis and identify target customer segments.

* Define workspace products including private offices, dedicated desks, hot desks, meeting rooms, managed offices and virtual office solutions.

* Develop pricing, packages, membership structures and commercial policies.

* Prepare and execute the complete pre-launch and launch plan.

2. Build the Business Ecosystem

* Establish SOPs, systems, processes and operating standards.

* Implement CRM, coworking management, access-control, billing and reporting systems.

* Develop customer onboarding, membership agreements, billing, collections and renewal processes.

* Establish vendor, security, housekeeping, maintenance and facility-management systems.

* Create a professional customer-service and escalation framework.

3. Sales & Revenue

* Build and lead the sales strategy and sales pipeline.
