The Client Services Executive will act as the primary coordination point between the client and Metaverse911's internal teams after a project is confirmed. The role requires someone who is highly organised, proactive and comfortable coordinating multiple people, deadlines and project requirements simultaneously. This is not a cold-calling or sales role. The primary responsibility is to make sure that clients receive the right solution, at the right time, with clear communication throughout the project.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients after project confirmation.
- Understand the client's final requirements, timelines, venue details and deliverables.
- Conduct regular client follow-ups and project update calls.
- Ensure clients receive timely updates instead of having to continuously follow up.
- Document client feedback, approvals and changes clearly.
- Maintain professional communication through email, WhatsApp, calls and meetings.

Project Coordination

Coordinate projects involving solutions such as:
- HoloBox implementations




- AR experiences
- VR/MR applications
- AI-based experiences
- Interactive kiosks
- Holographic solutions
- Exhibition technology
- Immersive content
- Custom XR implementations

Internal Team Coordination

Work closely with:
- XR developers
- Designers
- 3D/content teams
- Hardware teams
- Operations
- Logistics
- Vendors
- Sales team
- In office implementation teams

Ensure every department clearly understands:
- What needs to be delivered
- Client expectations
- Deadlines
- Pending approvals
- Dependencies
- Changes requested by the client

Project Documentation

Maintain proper documentation for every project, including:
- Client requirement sheet
- Project brief
- Scope of work
- Client approvals
- Content received from the client
- Development status
- Hardware requirements
- Logistics details
- Installation requirements
- Event/venue information
- Project timelines
- Fi
