Design and configure AI agents for real-world business use cases. N
Develop effective prompts, instructions, personas, and conversation flows. N
Integrate agents with APIs, tools, connectors, CRM, banking, ticketing, messaging, and knowledge systems. N
Identify and handle edge cases, failures, ambiguity, and recovery scenarios. N
Build and execute evaluation and regression test scenarios to improve agent quality. N
Iterate agent behaviourbased on real-world usage, feedback, and performance. N
Work on Conversational Agents or Work Agents. N
Support rapid POC development and customer-facing solution delivery. N

nMust-Have Skills

2+ years of hands-on LLM / Generative AI / Software Engineering experience N
Solid Prompt Engineering & Instruction Design experience N




Experience building AI Agents / Agentic AI / Conversational AI N
Understanding of tool calling, API integration, and workflows N
Experience with LLM evaluation, testing, and edge-case handling N
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills N
Ability to work on production-oriented AI solutions N
