We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an Adolescent Suicide & Self-Harm Specialist to work on a Full-Time basis. The role involves providing specialized support to adolescents experiencing suicidal ideation or self-harm behaviors, including crisis intervention and long-term care coordination. The position requires expertise in adolescent mental health and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct risk assessments for adolescents presenting with suicidal ideation or self-harm behaviors. Develop and implement individualized safety plans in collaboration with healthcare providers and family members. Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques to adolescents in distress. Coordinate care with schools, community organizations, and mental health professionals. Document all interactions and maintain compliance with privacy and ethical guidelines. Required Skills & Qualifications:
Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work,



or related field required. Licensed or license-eligible in clinical mental health counseling or social work. Experience working with adolescents in crisis or behavioral health settings.
