nRole Overview:
nThe Account Associate will manage core bookkeeping, financial reporting, and accounting operations for U.S. clients. This role requires strong software proficiency, analytical capability, and client coordination skills.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks / Xeron
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial reportsn
- Handle AP/AR processes, vendor coordination, and client invoicingn
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and support month-end closingn
- Coordinate with clients for daily accounting requirements and documentationn

nRequirements:

- 1–4 years of accounting experience (U.S. accounting preferred)n
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks / Xeron
- Strong Excel and analytical skillsn
- Effective communication skills for client coordinationn
- Ability to work in U.S. shift timingsn
