- Minimum 6-7 Data Migration Project Experience on SAP ERP.n
- Hands on Experience of Driving mapping Session for Converting Source to Target.n
- Should be Good with building queries for Data Extraction.n
- Knowledge of Data Cleansing/Cleansing Burndown is Must.n
- Must Understand Fundamentals of Data Migration to Build Data Plan for Project.n
- LSMW, Winshuttle experience to Load Data.n
- Previous Experience of Expectation Management of Shareholder/Steering committee.n
- Should have Good Communication Skills to Drive Large Team on Various Calls/Platforms.n
- Good Interpersonal Skills.n

Should have Prior Knowledge of Defect Management Tool Such as IT JIRA, ALM Etc.
n12. Exposure to AERO Industry will Carry Advantage in Selection.
