Job DescriptionWe are looking for a candidate who can manage Modern Trade vertical in the assigned regions and ensure planning and implementation of actions plans to reach annual sales targets based at Kolkata.
NKey responsibilities:

To lead the Organized Trade verticals for DFM brand. N
To service, develop andmanage a sales team and portfolio of accounts in line with the Brand / sales strategy. N
Build an excellent partnership and exceptional cooperative working relationships with chains, conduct JBP with main clients on an annual basis. N
Manage region & accounts sales growth and profitability in line with company objectives. N
Create and implement anannual business plan considering all levers of growth: commercial agreements, marketing actions, merchandising and retail opportunities, terms of trade, securing high voltage visibilities. N
Monitor the region & accounts' performance against business plan and develop alternative strategies when needed. N




Communicate critical business information to the appropriate internal contacts for further action. N
Work closely with Marketing to define monthly promotions & visibility calendars across the chains & region managed. N
Completion of all administration account and internal completed on time and 100% accurately. N
Plan, negotiate, and finalize the annual promotional calendar / activation. N

nRelationship Management

Establish a soundworking relationship with main accounts and ensure a Win-Win situation for both parties. N

nTrade Visits

Conduct regular trade visits with sales force. N
Continuously monitor and improve brands merchandising presence. N

nExperience and Education Required

Successful track record of working in organized trade vertical, especially in Up-to-date Trade in a senior role, experience of managing big chains like (Reliance /D'Mart) would be ideal. N
