nThe eXperience Deals Marketing Team (XDMT) is responsible for partnering with the sales teams to support global, strategic, high-value engagements across three key charters:

- High-intensity pursuits of strategic deals across the deal lifecyclen
- Driving Hi-touch client experience across visitsn
- Driving brand experience for key client visits at the Customer Experience Centern
nThe team is a vital part of the overall marketing team and works collaboratively with various groups within and outside the marketing team – respective business units, marketing team, corporate marketing functions, as well as the solution, practice, and pre-sales team.
nAbout Global Customer Experience Centers (CEC)
nThe global CECs are dedicated spaces where our customers experience a curated and immersive walkthrough of our brand, business, culture, and purpose. It creates an indispensable brand understanding that enables personalized interactions with clients, government officials, partners, and analysts, becoming a bedrock of critical conversations. It adds to the credibility and builds a stronger relationship with our stakeholders.
nThe Customer Experience Zones are part of the global CECs ecosystem that are concise and modular formats giving a similar experience to clients.
