Position Overview
nSupporting & distribution function in the Finance department. Acting as the first point of contact for the Finance department
nKey Responsibilities & Accountabilities

- n
- Preparing and finalizing monthly revenue workings / welfare calculations and submitting to HKG team etcn
- Preparing excel spreadsheet for Seafarer's Pre-joining expenses and processing vendor invoice in Eyeshare / D365 F&O;n
- Checking of all pre-joining expenses for seafarer's vessel nomination in Compasn
- Uploading pre-joining expenses in D365 F&O; and preparing journal entriesn
- Assisting other team staff for Disbursement account process / treasury processn
- Compiling & sending "Monthly manning details" (seafarer's onboard)n
- Compiling & sending monthly Training Fund A/c (course fee / logistics costs)n
- Maintaining and reconciling data with WSM HK for DML, Type specific ECDIS course, Vessel specific courses & other costsn
- Handling various monthly / quarterly union payments (SWFS / NUSI)n




- Preparing and submitting ratings Provident Fund / Gratuity forms along with timely payment to Seafarer's PF & Gratuity officen
- Maintaining income related records for Auditn
- Liaising with vendors for timely submission of invoices, reconciling the same and arranging settlementn
- Maintaining records for standby Seafarer's all pre-joining expenses (Medical, Uniform, Visa, Flag state, Logistics) for forwarding data to crewing team for updating status of Seafarer's joining the Vesseln
- Tracing costs incurred towards seafarers / vessels as and when requested by senior managementn
- Back-up for Seasafe accounting / Treasury functions as and when requiredn
- Other duties as assigned.n

- Robust client relationship management and account development skillsn
- Proficiency in coordinating and collaborating with internal teams to meet objectivesn
- Familiarity with the maritime or shipping industry is a plusn
