About the job
This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual who can manage fast-paced deliverables, collaborate across teams, and ensure seamless execution of campaigns across channels, especially within the gaming and tech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client coordination and communication
- Manage and track multiple projects across digital, print, and gaming-led assets
- Work closely with creative, production, and strategy teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of assets
- Understand client briefs, translate them into clear internal briefs, and ensure alignment across stakeholders
- Monitor timelines, manage workflows, and ensure adherence to SLAs and quality standards
- Support campaign planning, execution, and reporting, including gaming-focused campaigns and launches
- Identify potential risks or delays and proactively suggest solutions
- Maintain documentation, trackers, and status reports for ongoing projects

Requirements




- 2–3 years of experience in an advertising/marketing agency environment
- Experience working for clients/brands dealing in hardware, tech, or the consumer electronics industry is a plus
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
- High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office; AI tools to enhance efficiency; familiarity with project management tools is a plus
