Develop and enforce IT security policies, standards, and guidelines. N
Align security initiatives with business objectives and regulatory requirements. N

nInfrastructure Security:

Manage Intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS). N
Ensure secure configuration of Servers, Networks, and Cloud settings. N

nMonitoring & Incident Response:

Monitor security alerts and logs for suspicious activities. N
Lead Mitigation Activities for cyber alerts N
Lead investigations andremediation of security incidents. N

nRisk Management:

Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans. N
Implement risk mitigation strategies and maintain incident response plans. N
Oversee Log Review for Firewall, EDR & Other Appliances. N
Maintain Cyber SecurityPosture based on CIS Benchmarking N

nCompliance & Audits:

Ensure compliancewith ISO 27001, DPDP,



and other relevant standards. N
Coordinate internal andexternal security audits. N

nCyber Security Awareness / Innovation

Manage and mentorIT Infrastructure Team members for Cybersecurity topics N
Conduct security awareness programs for employees N
Exploration of Cyber Security Solutions to achieve efficiencies N
