About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to own and drive the technology function across front-end and back-end development. You will lead a team of developers, take architectural and technical decisions, and ensure the timely, high-quality delivery of web applications and features. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Laravel and Java Script, along with the ability to mentor a team, review code, and collaborate closely with product, design, and operations to build scalable systems for a fast-growing e-commerce jewellery brand.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and delivery of full stack web applications across front-end and back-end. Own technical architecture decisions for the platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. Manage, mentor, and guide a team of front-end and back-end developers,



setting best practices and coding standards. Review code, conduct design/architecture reviews, and ensure quality across the codebase. Plan sprints, break down requirements into technical tasks, and manage timelines and delivery. Build and maintain backend systems and APIs using Laravel, and oversee front-end development using Java Script. Identify technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and process gaps, and drive fixes and improvements. Collaborate with product, design, QA, and operations teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Oversee deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and production stability, and lead incident resolution when issues arise.
