Ltd.) is building India's first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. Job Opening: Service Now HRSD Architect (Integrations Focus)

We are looking for an experienced Service Now HRSD Architect who can design smart HR solutions and lead complex system integrations. If you enjoy solving problems, building automated workflows,



and connecting different HR systems together — this role is for you.

What You Will Do
Lead the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) setup on Service Now — including Case Management, Employee Center, ESS/MSS, and Life Cycle Events. Design end‐to‐end HR processes: workflows, SLAs, data models, and HR taxonomy. Build integrations between Service Now and: SAP HR / HCM Payroll systems Identity management platforms (IDAM) Mobile apps Create automations using Integration Hub, APIs, and Flow Designer. Ensure HR data security and compliance across the platform. Use Service Now's AI capabilities (Now Assist, Co‐pilots) to enhance HR user experience. What We're Looking For
5+ years of total Service Now experience. Minimum 3 years specifically working with HRSD. Robust hands‐on experience with integrations: REST, SOAP OIDC, SCIM Good understanding of HR processes, compliance needs, and employee lifecycle. Bach
