nWe are looking for a highly dependable and hands-on Operations Assistant who can work closely with the Director and support the day-to-day functioning of our steel-trading business.
nThis is not simply a follow-up or administrative position. We need someone who can get involved in the smallest operational details while also understanding the bigger picture, where the business is heading, what we are working towards, and how each department contributes to that goal.

nKey responsibilities:

Coordinate purchase orders, sales orders, dispatches and deliveriesn
Follow up with customers, suppliers, transporters and internal team membersn
Track pending orders, materials, payments, documentation and operational issuesn
Ensure information is correctly entered and regularly updated in the company’s systemsn
Prepare and maintain operational reports for the Directorn
Identify delays,



gaps and recurring problems before they affect the businessn
Improve existing systems, processes and reporting methodsn
Help create and implement clear SOPsn
Attention to detailn
Train and support team members whenever requiredn
Keep different departments aligned with the company’s priorities and larger goalsn
Work closely with the Director on daily execution as well as long-term operational improvementsn
