JUNIOR TECHNICIAN

Job Responsibilities

Visit assigned customer locations and attend service-related requirements.

Inspect, identify and troubleshoot basic technical faults.

Perform installation, maintenance and servicing of assigned equipment.

Conduct routine checks to ensure proper and secure operation.

Handle customer complaints and provide timely technical support.

Follow company safety standards, SOPs and service procedures.

Maintain proper records of service visits, work completed and materials used.

Coordinate with Team Leaders and the technical team for complex issues.

Collect required service-related payments/documents as instructed by the company.

Ensure company tools, equipment and materials are properly maintained.

Maintain skilled behaviour and good customer relationships.





Complete daily field activities and submit reports on time.

Qualification

ITI / Diploma / Trade Certificate – Preferred

10th / 12th Pass candidates with technical aptitude may also be considered.

Any UG Degree candidates with interest in technical field operations may apply.

Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical or technical systems is an advantage.

Ability to learn troubleshooting and field-service procedures.

Positive communication and customer-handling skills.

Willingness to work in field locations and travel within the assigned area.
