nKey Responsibilities:
nTeaching:

Instruct in the areas of Pharmacy at various academic levels.n
Create and maintain course materials and curricula.n
Evaluate students’ assignments and performance.n

Perform research in Pharmacy, targeting publication in acclaimed journals.n




Seek external funding to facilitate research activities.n

nMentorship:

Provide academic and career mentorship to students.n
Oversee student projects and research efforts.n

Engage in departmental and university service, including committee participation.n
Community and Industry Engagement.n
Partner with industry and community stakeholders to foster cooperative initiatives.n

nMinimum Qualifications:

Ph.D. in Pharmacy mandatory or a related field.n
Demonstrable ability or potential for research and teaching excellence.n
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.n

nPreferred Qualifications:

A track record of publications in academic journals.n
Experience in securing research funding.n
Relevant industry experience in Pharmacy.n
