The honest pitch:
This is heads-down execution work. You'll spend most of your day researching specific accounts on our dream 100 list and reaching out across email, , and phone. It's grunt work, focused, repetitive, high-volume on personalization. The upside is the trajectory: over time,
we'll teach you how we audit subcategories, build positioning, and design ABM motions from scratch. You'll see the full journey of how ABM actually gets run inside a small company selling six-figure deals into a niche TAM - that's not something you get to see from the outside.
What you'll do:
- Run personalized, account-based outbound to our dream 100 list, one account at a time, deeply researched
- Sequence across cold email, , and phone, same prospect, multi-touch, multi-channel
- Get on the phone. A lot. You'll be calling US founders and operators.
- Book qualified calls onto our calendar
- Hit your weekly input quota, no one is breathing down your neck. Meet the number, full autonomy on how you get there.
