Job DescriptionAbout the Role
nLanstitut Technologies Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented finance skilled to manage vendor payments, oversee monthly and annual book closures, and prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports. This is a hands-on, in office role based in Bangalore, ideal for a CA Inter qualified candidate looking to build a solid career in core finance and accounts.
nKey Responsibilities
nVendor Payments
n

Process vendor invoices and ensure timely, accurate paymentsn
Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve payment discrepanciesn
Maintain vendor payment schedules and ensure compliance with agreed credit termsn
Coordinate with procurement and operations teams for invoice verification and approvalsn
Handle TDS deduction and compliance on vendor paymentsn
nBook Closure

Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual book closure activitiesn
Prepare journal entries, accruals, and provisionsn
Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and balance sheet schedulesn
Ensure timely closure of books in line with company deadlinesn
Coordinate with statutory auditors for audit requirements and finalizationn
nMIS Preparation

Prepare periodic MIS reports (P&L;, cash flow, vendor ageing, expense analysis, etc.)n
Maintain accurate and updated financial trackers and dashboardsn
nCompliance & Other
n
n
Ensure adherence to GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements related to payments and booksn
Assist in process improvement and automation of finance workflowsn
nCandidate Requirements
n
n
Qualification: CA Intern
Experience: 2–5 years in accounts/finance, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environmentn
Strong understanding of accounting principles, TDS, GST, and statutory compliancen
Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar)n
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, financial modeling basics)n
