We are looking for an Apartment Manager for a premium residential apartment community in Kakkanad, Kochi.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the apartment.
Coordinate with residents, maintenance staff, security, and service vendors.
Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and common area upkeep.
Handle resident queries and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain basic records and coordinate with the Apartment Association.
Requirements:
Graduate preferred.
Positive communication and administrative skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.).
Experience in apartment, facility, or property management is preferred.
Salary:
Market-market-competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
Working Hours:
Full-time position.
