nThe Lecturer in CST is responsible for delivering technical education, conducting practical programming sessions, mentoring students, and supporting departmental activities.
nKey Responsibilities:
nTeaching & Academic Responsibilities:

Teach Programming, Data Structures, Operating Systems, DBMS, and related subjectsn
Conduct practical classes and programming laboratoriesn
Prepare lesson plans and study materialsn
Guide students in projects and assignmentsn

nLaboratory Management:

Handle Programming Labs and Computer Laboratoriesn
Maintain systems, software, and lab recordsn

nStudent Development:

Mentor students and support technical competitionsn
Encourage innovation and project-based learningn

nQualification:

B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT with First Classn
M.E./M.Tech preferredn
Qualification as per AICTE normsn

nExperience:

Polytechnic/Engineering teaching experience preferredn
Industry experience in software development preferredn

nSkills:

Knowledge of C, C++, Java, Python, DBMSn
Positive communication and practical teaching skillsn
Familiarity with programming tools and technologiesn
