Role Overview
The Process Associate will support customer operations through email and chat channels while ensuring accuracy in data management and delivering a high standard of customer service. The role plays a key part in improving operational efficiency and enhancing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries and concerns through email and chat.
- Ensure accurate data entry, updates, and maintenance across systems.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues within defined processes.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate support teams.




- Maintain process compliance and service quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers from the 2025 and 2026 batches.
- Arts & Science graduates only.
- Robust written communication skills are essential.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in arts & science disciplines.

Not Eligible
- BE / B.Tech
- MCA
- M.Tech
- IT Engineering graduates
