Job DescriptionAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and scalability of our core backend systems. You will lead a team of backend engineers working primarily in Java-based microservices while closely collaborating with frontend teams (React JS / React Native), Product, and DevOps.
nThis is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for architecture decisions, code quality, delivery excellence, and mentoring engineers while building highly scalable, reliable, and performant systems.

nTechnical Leadership

- Lead the development of microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.n
- Drive best practices in system design, coding standards, testing, and code reviews.n
- Make critical decisions on data modeling, API contracts, and service boundaries.n
- Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of backend systems.n
