- Provide day to day operational support for the Firewall Management Service.n
- Responsible for the design, planning, implementation, and operation of firewall setups and management.n
- Your role involves resolving operational incidents, managing firewall security policies and rule sets, and ensuring compliance with business and regulatory requirements.n
- Expert level knowledge of Fault Management like Identify and Classify Fault, Investigate and Diagnose Fault and Provide Fault resolution.n
- Should have very good experience of software patch management to manage the Firewall patch management cycle, patch testing and deployment of
