Job Description
What you will do Functional and allocation leadership ● Lead discovery and impact analysis for current and changing segment, management, transfer-pricing, accounting, and legal-entity allocations. ● Translate allocation intent into clear source-pool, driver/basis, target, offset, rule-sequencing, and balancing requirements. ● Design and support accounting allocations across EPCM, forecast and planning models, ERP/GL integrations, and downstream reporting platforms. ● Determine whether an allocation should run for actuals, forecast, or both; distinguish GL actuals from planning-only actuals; and identify impacts to segment, SEC reporting, transfer pricing, tax, intercompany, and legal-entity forecasting. ● Articulate allocation logic across key dimensions such as account, cost center, entity/legal entity, brand, business model, location, product, intercompany, data type, currency, and scenario. ● Partner with Accounting, FP&A;, Tax, Transfer Pricing, Controllership, and Technology stakeholders to validate methodology, effective dates, assumptions,



and business outcomes. ● Identify when a business requirement should be implemented as an EPCM allocation, a governed integration, a metadata change, or a downstream reporting/Planning solution. Technical implementation and engineering ● Configure and enhance Oracle EPCM/PCMCS models, allocation rules, custom calculations, business rules, drivers, mappings, custom groupings, hierarchies, rates, formulas, and offset logic. ● Build technical designs for allocation waterfalls and chained calculations, including dependency sequencing, reciprocal intercompany entries, cost-plus calculations, residual-profit methodologies, revenue and cost reclasses, royalty/platform fees, VAT/withholding dependencies, and FX-related processing where applicable. ● Develop and maintain integrations and data pipelines between EPCM, ERP/GL, related finance systems, data platforms, and reporting solutions. ● Use EPM Automate, Data Manageme
