nWe are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing sales team.
nThe candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining Shoppingara's e-commerce solutions, handling objections, following up with leads and converting prospects into customers.




nThis is primarily an Inside Sales / Tele-Sales role.

- Contact potential customers through phone calls and other communication channels.n
- Understand the customer's business requirements and objectives.n
- Explain Shoppingara's products, packages and e-commerce solutions.n
- Generate interest and qualify potential customers.n
- Conduct product/service presentations or demos when required.n
- Handle customer questions and sales objections professionally.n
- Follow up with interested and prospective customers.n
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales.n
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in CRM.n
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.n
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline.n
- Coordinate with the team for customer onboarding after sales.n
- Provide regular sales updates to the Team Leader.n
