Own technical architecture and best practices across projectsn
Mentor and manage a team of Unqork developersn
Partner with clients and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable configurationsn
Drive delivery timelines, code quality, and platform standardsn

nIdeal Candidate
n1Strong Unqork Team Lead Profile with hands-on platform expertise and team leadership
n2Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 7+ years of experience, with at least the recent 3+ years of proven hands-on experience on the Unqork platform
n3Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have experience leading the design, development, and delivery of enterprise solutions on the Unqork platform
n4Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have prior experience leading or mentoring a development team
n5Mandatory (Experience 4):



Must have experience owning technical architecture and best practices across projects
n6Mandatory (Experience 5): Must have experience partnering with clients and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable configurations
n7Mandatory (Experience 6): Must have experience driving delivery timelines, code quality, and platform standards
n8Mandatory (Tech skill): Must have a robust grasp of enterprise application design, APIs, and integrations
n9Mandatory (Communication): Must have excellent stakeholder communication skills.
n10Mandatory (Company): B2B Tech consulting/B2B Tech services/AI Tech consulting companies
n11Mandatory (Education): B.Tech/BE/M.Sc Computer science
n12Mandatory (Note): Candidate should be willing to work during EST shift (9.30 PM-6.30 AM) if needed as the client is based in US and they have US clients
n13Preferred (Certification): Active Unqork certification is a robust plus
