NLooking for a senior Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) OTL Functional Consultant with 10–15 years of experience in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), preferably with robust experience in CWR (Contingent Worker/Workforce) and EPS processes. The consultant will be responsible for functional analysis, configuration, implementation/support, integrations, testing, and business process improvements.

Analyze business requirements related to Oracle EBS OTL and workforce/time-management processes. N
Configure and support Oracle OTL functionality. N
Work on timecard creation, submission, approval, validation, and processing. N
Support CWR/EPS-relatedworkforce processes and integrations. N
Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, interfaces, reports, and integrations. N
Perform functional testing, SIT/UAT and defect resolution. N
Prepare functional specifications and process documentation. N
Troubleshoot productionissues and provide root-cause analysis. N
Work closely with HR, Payroll, business users, and technical teams. N
Participate in implementation,
