Job Description

We are looking for a Kafka Administrator with 4+ years of experience in managing and supporting Apache Kafka environments. The candidate should have robust hands-on experience in Kafka cluster administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning, upgrades, and production support.

Required Skills:
Strong experience in Apache Kafka Administration
Kafka brokers, topics, partitions, replication, consumer groups, ISR and troubleshooting
Kafka monitoring, performance tuning, and production support
Knowledge of Kafka security – SSL/TLS, SASL, ACLs
Strong Linux/Unix administration and troubleshooting
Positive exposure to Microsoft Azure
Working experience on AKS.
Confluent Kafka / Kafka Connect / Schema Registry
Prometheus / Grafana
Shell/Python scripting
Good communication and problem-solving skills

Valuable to Have:
AWS MSK
Apache Flink
Docker / Kubernetes / Helm
