Assessment & Feedback: Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and prepare students for internal and Cambridge external exams.
Classroom Management: Maintain an inspiring, organized, and protected art studio, promoting high standards of work.
Creative Growth: Foster critical thinking and artistic voice, encouraging experimentation and independence.
Extracurricular Engagement: Organize exhibitions, workshops, and school-wide art events.
Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with the department, communicate with parents, and maintain student records.
Pastoral Care: Support student well-being and encourage positive, respectful behavior.
