We're a performance marketing agency running paid media, tracking, and creative for clients across India, GCC, and Canada. We need a strategist who lives content, not just studies it. Someone who's built their own audience and knows what makes people stop scrolling.

You'll do:
Build campaign strategy from data and audience insights
Translate insights into content direction and creative briefs
Track trends across platforms and adapt rapid
Work with the creative team to execute campaigns
Own campaign performance from strategy to output

You need:
Have personally run and grown your own social media channel or brand
Deep understanding of content, formats, and what performs
Robust grasp of current platform trends (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
Ability to turn insights into actionable creative direction
Comfortable working across multiple client accounts

Bonus:
Agency or performance marketing experience
Experience briefing designers/editors
