Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about recruitment, eager to learn, and ready to take their first step into the world of corporate HR.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles
Post job openings on job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn,etc.)
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates
Maintain and update the recruitment database and daily tracker




Assist in HR documentation, onboarding, and induction of recent employees
Support other HR activities including employee engagement and data entry
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive candidate information professionally

Eligibility Criteria:
Any Graduate (BSc, BCA, MCA, BE/BTech, MBA preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong passion for recruitment and people interaction
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Willingness to work from office full time in Bommanahalli

Positive attitude and quick learner with an ability to multitask
