Earning Potential: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000/month

Role & Responsibilities
Understand job descriptions and hiring requirements.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other channels.
Search and identify suitable candidates based on role requirements.
Screen resumes and shortlist relevant profiles.
Conduct initial candidate screening calls.
Explain job responsibilities, salary, location, and other requirements to candidates.




Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-ups.
Track candidate progress throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate with the recruitment team regarding candidate status and feedback.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Handle multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously.
