Key Responsibilities
Prepare and execute Daily Work Management (DWM) plans for the machine shop.
Plan and allocate manpower based on production schedules and machine loading.
Coordinate material availability to ensure uninterrupted production.
Monitor shift-wise production against planned targets and take corrective actions when required.
Ensure optimum machine utilization and minimize downtime.
Supervise operators and setters to maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards.
Monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with Production Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain shift reports, production records, and machine performance data.
Train and guide operators on standard operating procedures and best practices.




Ensure compliance with 5S, safety, and company policies.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of machine shop operations (CNC, VMC, HMC).
Experience in Daily Work Management (DWM).
Manpower planning and shift management.
Material planning and production coordination.
Production monitoring and productivity improvement.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Valuable leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
