Physio Dynamics is a leading physiotherapy clinic committed to helping patients stay active and injury-free. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities :
Welcome and assist patients with a warm and skilled attitude. Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments. Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and patient inquiries. Maintain patient records and billing details. Receive payments and issue receipts.
Coordinate with physiotherapists to ensure smooth clinic operations. Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable. Assist with basic administrative and office tasks.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
