Job Summary

Homsy Retail LLP is looking for energetic and customer-focused Retail Salespersons to assist customers, drive sales, maintain product displays, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience in our homeware, kitchenware, crockery, and small appliances retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in selecting products.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Maintain product displays, shelves, and store cleanliness.
Handle billing support, stock replenishment, and inventory checks.
Demonstrate product features and advantages to customers.
Address customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints professionally.
Support promotional activities and in-store events.
Follow company policies and maintain high standards of customer service.





Requirements:
Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
Prior retail sales experience preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting.

Working Schedule
Working Days: Monday to Sunday
Weekly Off: 1 day per week, scheduled between Monday and Friday as decided by management.
Shift Timing:10 AM to 9 PM.

Salary & Perks
Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹22,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
