Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead marketing and business development activities for our healthcare and rehabilitation services. The ideal candidate should have experience in healthcare or pharma marketing, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to execute strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and implement marketing strategies to improve brand visibility and business growth
Develop referral marketing activities and professional networking initiatives
Coordinate branding, promotional campaigns, and awareness programs
Build and maintain robust relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals
Identify current business opportunities and partnership collaborations
Conduct field marketing activities and corporate outreach programs
Monitor marketing performance and prepare activity reports
Coordinate events, campaigns, and healthcare promotional activities
Support branch-level marketing and business development initiatives

Required Skills
Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills
Experience in healthcare marketing, pharma marketing, or business development
Ability to build qualified healthcare networks and referral systems
Good planning, coordination,



and team management abilities
Knowledge of branding, promotions, and digital marketing basics
Ability to work independently and achieve targets

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
3–5 years of experience in Healthcare / Pharma Marketing preferred
Experience in hospital, clinic, rehabilitation, or medical field marketing is an added advantage
