HR Executive – Talent Acquisition & HR

Location: Thane

Experience: 0–1 Year / Freshers

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
Coordinate and schedule interviews.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Assist in documentation and induction processes.
Support employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Coordinate internal employee activities and events.
Maintain employee records and recruitment trackers.
Handle joining follow-ups and basic HR coordination.
Support the HR team in day-to-day HR activities.
