Position: Chat Support Executive – Non-Voice Process

Experience: Freshers / 6–11 months

Qualification: Graduate in any stream

Salary:
Freshers: ₹15,000 + Incentives
6–11 Months Experience: ₹21,000 + Incentives

Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through chat/email without voice calling.
Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer concerns.
Maintain positive customer service and communication standards.
Understand customer issues and resolve them as per company guidelines.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
Meet daily/weekly quality and productivity targets.
Follow company policies, processes, and escalation procedures.

Requirements:
Graduates from any stream can apply.
Freshers are welcome.
Candidates with 6–11 months of chat/non-voice experience are preferred for the experienced bracket.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Valuable typing speed and basic computer knowledge.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts, if required.
Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
