We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with prospective customers, explain our services, and generate qualified leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build robust customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
Explain the company's services and answer customer queries professionally.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales/counselling team.
Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
Schedule appointments or consultations for the sales team.
Update customer information and call outcomes in the CRM or database.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Handle customer objections politely and effectively.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions.

Requirements
Higher Secondary (Plus Two)



or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English (Hindi is an added advantage).
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM software.
Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Freshers are welcome to apply (experience in telecalling/customer service is an advantage).
