Job Overview:

H&S; Immigration is looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Immigration Counsellor to guide clients through the process of study visas, visitor visas, and permanent residency applications. You will assess client profiles, suggest suitable countries/programs, and provide end-to-end support .

Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and clients about immigration and study abroad options (e.g., Canada, UK, Australia, etc.)
Assess clients' eligibility based on academic and financial background
Guide applicants on admission and visa processes
Assist in preparing documentation and application files
Stay updated on immigration rules and program changes
Follow up with leads and maintain records of client interactions
Coordinate with admission officers and filing teams for smooth processing
Build trust with clients and offer honest, professional advice

Required Qualifications:
Graduation in any stream (preferred: counseling, education, or related field)
1–3 years of experience in immigration or education consultancy
Valuable communication skills in English, Hindi,



and Punjabi
Solid interpersonal and presentation skills
Knowledge of international education systems and visa requirements
Basic computer and documentation skills

Preferred Skills:
Ability to handle calls and meet monthly targets
Confidence in dealing with clients over phone
Attention to detail for documentation and application accuracy
Ability to stay calm and helpful under pressure
