About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to manage and strengthen relationships with our hospital clients in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain solid relationships with hospital clients.
Regularly visit hospitals and coordinate with key stakeholders.
Understand client requirements and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
Conduct regular follow-ups and gather client feedback.
Support client retention and satisfaction.
Maintain records of client interactions and visits.

Requirements:
Experience in hospital operations / healthcare industry preferred.
Valuable understanding of hospital processes and operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across Bangalore.
Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.
Positive coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
Immediate and local joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
