Recruitment Support: Post job openings on job boards and social media. Screen incoming resumes and applications. Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates. [1]
Onboarding & Records: Update internal databases with current employee information. Maintain physical and digital employee records. Assist with recent hire orientation. [1, 2, 3, 4]
HR Administration: Gather basic payroll data like leaves and working hours. Answer basic employee queries about company advantages and policies. Help prepare HR reports and presentations. [1, 2]
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
